This Deepa physiotherapist was very professional and meticulous. He conducted a thorough assessment of my shoulder problem, and the adjustment process was gentle yet effective. He explained the reasons for my discomfort while performing the procedure, which made me feel very reassured. After the treatment, my shoulders felt significantly lighter, and my range of motion improved. Overall, the experience was very comfortable.

Through a friend’s recommendation, I met Ms Teh Yi Wen for a few sessions, and my condition got much better each time. I feel very satisfied with the treatment I received.

Ms Teh Yi Wen is highly professional, friendly, and approachable. Treating the back pain can be something desperate to me; however, Ms Teh shows care and professionalism when assessing my back condition and providing clear treatment plans as well as advice, which makes my journey less stressful and difficult.

I came across Heapy by chance through a Google search while looking for physiotherapy for my daughter after her ACL and meniscus surgery. We were extremely happy with the first treatment by Ms. Deepa, her knowledge, skills, and approachable manner really impressed us. We immediately signed up for 24 sessions.

Ms. Deepa not only provided excellent treatment but also helped rebuild my daughter’s confidence to walk. My daughter feels very comfortable with her, and because of that, we decided to continue with another 24 sessions, followed by an additional 12.

We wish Ms. Deepa and Heapy continued growth and success. For anyone seeking physiotherapy, Heapy is truly the best place to go—professional, effective, and worth every cent.

My mother had her second physiotherapy session today due to pain in her leg and knee. The therapist, Ms Deepa was very patient, gentle, and attentive throughout the treatment. She was also very friendly, which made my mother feel comfortable and at ease. After the session, my mother felt a noticeable improvement — the pain had reduced significantly.

I had a very good experience with Raymond. He understands that I am a frequent hiker and knows how to suggest exercises as well as stretches that would strengthen my muscles for hiking as well as preventive measures that would reduce the risk of injury. During my exercises, he would also watch over diligently and correct my posture when needed.

Booked for sport massage and hand wrist treatment. Mr Tan is very patient and polite explaining everything and what's the problem of injury it might cause, but unfortunately my wrist still doesn't cure back. Still thank you for sharing the kinesiology knowledge.
